It would make sense. That Madoff a vile parasite on Jews would be protected by amoral Rogue Mossad agents who felt milking the "Left wing, peacenick American Jewish community" for a few more billions to support the Right Wing Extremists in Israelis justified "by any means necessary."
He's defrauded thousands of people for billions. He deserves no consideration, no extra comforts.
If you want him to cooperate, put him in a 3 x 6 jail cell with a couple of uptown homeboys to keep him company on these long cold NYC winter jail nights.
